Routine Cards to the Rescue

The visual aid of the Routine Cards have enabled both of my kids to have ownership of the process of getting ready in the morning! What an incredible aid to every family :)

LOVE the editable cards most

My kids have specific names for things - i.e. instead of putting clothes in the hamper, they “slam dunk” them, etc. I LOVED being able to print the existing pdf cards that worked for our routine, but also make cards for their routines that they recognize as their own. Truly helpful. Bedtime can be a huge fight with our 4 and 6 year old. We have about 8 bedtime routine cards and we have found that if they are working towards a reward (i.e. one extra minute to play the Wii the next day for every card they complete before the bedtime timer goes off, it goes a lot smoother. Seriously seems like EVERYTHING has to have a timer or NOTHING gets done!!) The cards have been fun and helpful. Love them!
