In this step-by-step program, you will learn the keys to teaching your baby to sleep.

You know that crazy feeling that comes over you when your baby wakes up AGAIN at night for like the 145th night in a row.
You know the exhaustion and desperation that comes from lack of sleep and seeing your little one uncomfortable.
You know there's got to be some way for baby to sleep better.
Don't let a few old habits be the reason
you and baby sleep poorly
As Morgan said...
"I truly loved how you said - adding routine doesn't mean I've done anything wrong, it just means we are ready for a change. That was freeing to me. Freedom to know I can change without feeling the past was incorrect."

So helpful!

This program is helping so much! My 13 month olds naps are going so much better! I had some extra trouble and reached out and was helped immediately. They go above and beyond! I highly recommend!!

Good help with Coos to Snooze

The information that Rachel gives here is very helpful to us as parents with our first child at 3.5 months old. It's very helpful to have sample schedules and information on how much sleep baby needs at different ages. It also helps a lot to understand sleep associations, and how to help avoid sleep props. It's been 2 weeks, and we are making good progress, but still have plenty of training and adjusting to do.

Thank you!

Thank you for putting so much time into creating Coos to Snooze. I'm the type of person who half does jobs unless I have clear lists and notes to keep me on track. Although starting off with a great sleep routine for our boys, things have started to creep away from us lately and the kids routines were suffering. This really brought us back to ground level and helped to reform those habits that we all benefit from.

The motivation I needed

I have already read about most of the information of the course in other books and online articles, but still it was well organised and helped me to sort my thoughts. I found the flow charts really useful, I have played multiple theories through, but assured me at the end, that my daughter can't fall asleep alone. As I was already pretty desperate for blaming myself, that she can't fall asleep because I haven't taught it to her, after making the course, I took a deep breath and made it. We read a book, closed the door, I breastfeed her, gave a kiss and left the room. It took couple of days, but it worked. We are all happy now :) Thank you for that!

Got my son weaned from night feedings and sleeping independently with no more night wake ups in less than a week! Thank you so much!
